To guarantee your place, enclose a check in the amount of $1500 postmarked by September 15, 2005. If you enroll after that date, you will be put on a space available basis. Payment in full ($2250 land package - $1500 deposit = $750) must be postmarked by December 15, 2005. Late payment subject to $300 penalty. You may cancel without penalty until December 15, 2005. No refunds after December 15, 2005, but you may find a substitute to take your place.

All cancellations/withdrawal notifications must be received in writing or by fax to be considered valid. The postmark/date stamp on the cancellation will determine the cancellation date. If timely payment is not received, it will be assumed that the participant has withdrawn from the tour. However, the Operator will not refund any monies paid for intended enrollment unless the participant provides valid notification of withdrawal.
